Tie-up to start, waistlock by Invader and he gets Black Ninja to the mat. Black Ninja grabs the ropes to get a break as they return to their feet, tie-up, waistlock by Black Ninja, reversed by Invader but again Black Ninja gets to the ropes. Tie-up, side headlock takedown by Black Ninja but Invader applies a wristlock. Black Ninja uses a rope break to escape the hold, wristlock by Black Ninja but Invader hits a drop toehold. Irish whip by Invader and he hits a back elbow before applying a reverse chinlock. Black Ninja gets back up, hammerlock by Invader but Black Ninja hits a scoop slam. We return from a break with Invader in control as he has a hammerlock applied, but Black Ninja makes it to the ropes and rolls out of the ring. Black Ninja returns after a moment, side headlock takedown by Black Ninja and he hits the elbow drop for a two count. Snapmare by Black Ninja and he applies a headscissors. Invader gets out of it, Black Ninja goes for a vertical suplex but Invader blocks it and hits one of his own. Cover, but it only gets a two count. Irish by Invader but Black Ninja knocks him down and kicks in the chest. Black Ninja chokes Invader with the second rope as we get another commercial break, but Black Ninja is still in control as we return. Full nelson by Black Ninja, he pushes Invader against the ropes and delivers a chop. Irish whip by Black Ninja and he nails a dropkick. Cover, but it gets a two count. Irish whip by Black Ninja but Invader ducks the lariat attempt and hits a lariat himself. Black Ninja is up first, punches by Black Ninja and he applies an abdominal stretch. Roll-up by Black Ninja but it gets a two count. Kick to the chest by Black Ninja and he throws Invader out of the ring. Black Ninja follows him out and rams Invader into the apron. Black Ninja throws Invader onto the ring post before sliding him back into the ring, Black Ninja returns as well and punches Invader while he is near the ropes. Invader returns fire and Invader kicks Black Ninja low. Invader slams Black Ninja into the turnbuckles, Irish whip, and Invader applies the sleeper hold. A fight at ringside begins as we have our final commercial break, and as we turn Black Ninja has regained control. Black Ninja knocks the referee out of the ring, roll-up by Invader but since the referee is out no count is made. Finally a new referee comes down but Invader only gets a two count. Irish whip by Black Ninja and he hits a back kick, rib breaker by Black Ninja, and he nails the moonsault. Cover, but it gets a two count. Black Ninja goes up top and delivers a missile dropkick, cover, Invader gets a foot on the ropes but it is pushed off from ringside and the referee never sees it, counting the three count! Your winner and new champion: Super Black Ninja

Match Thoughts: Interesting match, the constant breaks really hurt the overall flow but it was worth it to see Black Ninja's title win. It started pretty slow but by halfway in the action picked up, and it was a pretty even back and forth match even though Invader never seemed to be right on the edge of winning. I enjoyed the last few minutes though and seeing Mutoh win a championship is always fun, especially if it is hard to find match such as this one. Score: 6.0
