Muta sprays mist into Knight's face to start the match and dropkicks him out of the ring. Waistlock by Cougar Jay but Muta gets out of it and delivers a spinning kick. Muta punches Cougar Jay in the face, snapmare and he kicks Cougar Jay in the back of the head. Muta picks up Cougar Jay and hits a vertical suplex. Muta grabs Knight and snaps his neck over the top rope. Cougar Jay punches Muta but Muta rakes him in the eyes. Snapmare by Muta, he goes up to the top turnbuckle and delivers a diving chop to the top of the head. Muta picks up Cougar Jay and sprays red mist right in his face! Rib breaker by Muta, he goes up to the top turnbuckle again and nails the moonsault. Your winner: Great Muta

Match Thoughts: Still enjoy the crowd chanting "Muta!" at the end of the match, while I don't think that is what WCW had in mind they did nothing to discourage it like you see in current wrestling sometimes. Over two months in and Muta was still squashing two wrestlers at the same time, but he would start getting some tougher competition in the summer. Poor Cougar Jay took the misting like a champ, but Knight did too so I guess he couldn't really complain. A fun little squash. Score: 6.0
